XL Tote Bag

£320.00

The largest size of these bags at 40cm tall, this is the one you can fit everything in, from laptops to litre flasks, maybe a small coat. An a3 sized paper pad will fit in here, but it’ll be snug.

40cm x 36cm x 16cm.

This bag will become softer and more flexible the more it’s used, while still holding its clean lined shape. It comes with 50cm detachable straps. As you can see in the photos, the leather had pre-existing markings, which have been nicely brought out by light conditioning on otherwise simple veg-tanned leather.

This bag is entirely hand cut, stitched, glued, and riveted by myself.

The bag is lightly oiled to condition it, which also brings out the imperfections in the leather. You can oil it further if you want to darken the colour; I use hempseed oil, but any kitchen oil such as olive or sunflower seed oil will also work. Simply rub generously into the leather with a piece of fabric. Your leather will darken naturally over time, ageing nicely, especially if out in the sun.
