Square Medium Tote Bag
A comfortably medium sized bag at 27cm tall, you can still get a4 paper in here, a laptop, a journal or sketchbook and pencil case, too.
27cm x 29cm x 12cm.
This bag will become softer, slouchier, and more flexible the more it’s used, while still holding its clean lined shape. It comes with 55cm detachable straps. Any pre-existing markings have been nicely brought out by light conditioning on otherwise simple veg-tanned leather.
This bag is entirely hand cut, stitched, glued, and riveted by myself.
The bag is lightly oiled to condition it, which also brings out the imperfections in the leather. You can oil it further if you want to darken the colour; I use hempseed oil, but any kitchen oil such as olive or sunflower seed oil will also work. Simply rub generously into the leather with a piece of fabric. Your leather will darken naturally over time, ageing nicely, especially if out in the sun.
